Each academy is a working business, not a simulation. Students practice vocational training inside authentic career labs, build toward industry-aligned skills, and build a professional portfolio that follows them into employment.
Academy 01
Students train in a working kitchen, preparing daily service, managing food safety, and delivering catering for real clients — building vocational training hours that translate directly into hospitality employment.
Academy 02
Our café is a live business. Students take orders, handle transactions, craft beverages, and build the customer service fluency that employers name most often as the deciding factor in hiring.
Academy 03
Students write, record, edit, and publish. Every episode and every video becomes part of a professional portfolio that follows them into the workforce.
Academy 04
From studio setup to final edit, students complete commissioned shoots for community partners and exhibit their work publicly.
Academy 05
Students design for real clients and see the job through production — proofing, printing, finishing, and delivering to deadline.
Academy 06
A full production studio where students record, arrange, mix, and release — developing technical skill alongside creative voice.
Academy 07
Students take customer orders from artwork to press to packaging, running a merchandise line with genuine deadlines and quality standards.
Academy 08
Students deliver detailing and facility services for community customers, developing the reliability, precision, and pace that employers depend on.
Academy 09
Students manage scheduling, records, marketing, and the numbers behind every venture on campus — and pitch enterprises of their own.

Alongside the academies, every student works through a career readiness curriculum: building a résumé, practicing interviews, and becoming genuinely capable on the computer programs today's workplaces run on.
Every student leaves with a real résumé, a cover letter template, and a digital portfolio of the work they produced inside the academies — photographed, written, and formatted by the student.
We rehearse the moments that decide a hire: the handshake, the questions, the follow-up email — and the daily habits that keep a job once it starts.
Technology instruction is hands-on and job-shaped. Students learn the programs employers actually open on day one, at the pace and with the supports they need.
Career readiness only holds if the rest of adult life holds with it — money, transportation, and the systems that keep a paycheck working for the student.
